Full Circle Coaching with Jessica
“Jessica shines a light and illuminates things in the pathway that one is going through by listening generously. I have worked with her for the past 7 years, through when my kids were babies, preschool years, and elementary. All of my family members have benefited from Jessica’s willingness to listen and respond to questions and concerns with an abundance of compassion, and heart. She addresses each person with grace, and also directly so that one is left feeling deeply heard and understood as a person first, and then she provides practical steps or possibilities that the person or family can choose. She matches the steps of the individual or family that she’s with, stepping in synch with their cadence while at the same time staying true to who she is as a person and offering her experiences. And spends the time authentically connecting and engaging. She is a great person. If you’re looking for a relatable, caring, compassionate human to walk through something together with, then you’re found her. I have so many good things about the work we’ve done together. And I continue to enjoy everything I’m learning by being in conversation with Jessica!” – M.O.
“Jessica and I were married for 24 years and separated for 5 of those years. I had no idea what conscious uncoupling was. I knew I didn’t want separating to be traumatic for either of us or our children. Even though we were separated, we decided to live in the same house until our youngest child graduated high school. Believe me when I tell you this was challenging. It required a lot of thoughtful communication, mutual respect, and compromise. Through her education and experience, Jessica guided us back to the tenets of conscious uncoupling when we got off track. Fast forward several years and we still come together as a family for special events, BBQs, and holidays even though we own separate homes and live separate lives. Our divorce could have gone VERY differently if we hadn’t practiced conscious uncoupling. For this, I will always be grateful.” – G.M
“Jessica is one of the most intuitive, kind, and compassionate souls I have ever met. She has these wonderful ways of allowing you to be yourself while simultaneously, gently suggesting and guiding you onto new horizons. Jessica has seen me through some of the hardest times of my life, keeping this unwavering connection with me. She has been a tremendous influence on my life in the most subtle, powerful, and amazing ways. I appreciate her so much!” – T.S.
“Jessica is an amazing listener. Regardless of the situation, you will feel like she is on your side, even though she is being neutral. Rather than trying to tell you what to do, she will get you to think instead. In the end, you’ll always be a little closer to your goal.” – K.W.
“After five pregnancies, you’d think I’d be a pro by now. This was not the case. The gap between my fourth and fifth baby was 13 years, 2005 vs 2018. I also still have emotional trauma from my first pregnancy, where my daughter had a ruptured omphalacele and only survived a few hours after birth. Each of my children were born earlier than their delivery dates. My fifth pregnancy was no exception. I was in and out of hospitals trying to stop his early arrival. For my husband, this was his first biological child. His first witness of pregnancy. His first experience of the delivery room.
“Jessica was amazing. She helped set an ambiance that was relaxing and welcoming. Until she entered the room, there was so much going on and a little chaos. My husband was nervous and wasn’t quite sure how to best help me. Jessica gently coached him on how to stay connected and anticipate my needs, while still being present in each moment. While helping coach my husband, she was also very attentive to my experience. She was very grounding and helped coach me through the whole experience. I firmly believe Jessica gave us the gift of a beautiful birthing experience.
“Jessica’s wealth of information and help didn’t end in the delivery room. I was experiencing issues with nursing. She came over and educated me on new techniques to nurse. This was so helpful. The tips and techniques she taught me created painless and bountiful nursing sessions.
“Jessica’s assistance did not end when my son stopped being a baby. With Jessica’s education in early childhood development, I have consulted her with our son’s education and learning abilities. All kids learn differently. I so appreciated her coaching us on different ways to assist in the learning process, while still honoring everyone’s process and autonomy.
“I am very grateful for Jessica I can’t thank her enough for the peace of mind she has given me.” -C.D.
